National Open University of Nigeria Postpones 19th Matriculation Ceremony

Management has decided that the 19th Matriculation Ceremony be postponed indefinitely. This decision is in line with the Federal Government initiatives to avoid or prevent the threat of heath dangers associated with COVID-19 Pandemic.
Management hereby regrets any inconveniences that this postponement may have caused.
NOUN matriculation ceremony for newly admitted Students has been scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Saturday, 4th April, 2020.
Venue: NOUN Study Centers Nationwide
Therefore, The collection of matriculation gowns commences on 21st March, 2020and will end on the 3rd April, 2020 (before the commencement of orientation programme).
Requirement For The Collection of Matriculation Gowns
- All students are expected to come with their printed Admission letters and Course registration forms.
- The academic gowns are to be returned between the 6th – 10th April, 2020.
- Most study centres may ask for a token at the point of collection of gowns and refund it when you returned the matric gowns.
Kindly Note that there shall be sanctions for any damages done to the collected gowns and matriculation caps.
