However, it is important to know what SAT score means before looking at some scholarships associated with it.

What is a SAT Score?

It is important to know what a SAT is in order to understand what SAT score means. The SAT is a standardized test widely used for college admissions in the United States. However, since it was debuted by the College Board in 1926, its name and scoring have changed several times.

Though originally called the Scholastic Aptitude Test, it was later called the Scholastic Assessment Test. And then the SAT I: Reasoning Test. Also, the SAT Reasoning Test, then simply the SAT.

Thus a SAT score is the score associated with this test. In other words, it the score one has in this test. The SAT score range is 400-1600. And this is for your total score and 200-800 for each of your two section scores.

Some Scholarships by SAT Score for 2020/2021

1. SAT Scores from 400 To 1,000

  • Actuarial Diversity Scholarship

This is one of the Scholarships by SAT Score. The Actuarial Diversity Scholarship promotes diversity. And this is within the profession. Also, it’s through an annual scholarship program.

Furthermore, it’s for Black/African American, Hispanic, Native North American and Pacific Islander students.

However, applicant must have at least one birth parent who is a member of one of the following minority groups: Black/African American, Hispanic, Native North American, and Pacific Islander. However, for more information or to apply, please visit application link below.

  • Award Amount: $4,000.
  • Requirement: Applicant must have intention on pursuing a career in the actuarial profession. Also, must be a full-time undergraduate student at a U.S. accredited educational institution. And must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). Also, entering college freshmen must have a minimum ACT math score of 28 or SAT math score of 600.

  • Army ROTC Four-Year High School Scholarship

The Four-Year High School Scholarship is for high school students planning on attending a four-year college program.

You can contact your high school academic advisor or campus Military Science department for more information.

  • Requirement: Applicant must be between the ages of 17 and 26. Also, must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Additionally, must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 2. SAT Scores from 1,001 To 1,200

Also, this is one of the Scholarships By SAT Score. However, to be considered for the WUE Award, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Additionally, must have a permanent residence within one of the following participating states/U.S. territories: Alaska, Arizona, California, or Colorado. Also, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada or New Mexico.

  • Award Amount: $51,544.
  • Requirement:  Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Additionally, must have a 3.2 GPA from high school, and maintain a 2.5 for renewal.

  • CITe Incoming Student Tuition Scholarship

The CITe Incoming Student Tuition Scholarship was established to recruit outstanding students to the college’s Information Systems program. Also, it is one of the Scholarships By SAT Score.

Furthermore, please note. Recipients of the scholarship will be selected by the CITe Scholarship Committee. And it’s going to be on the basis of academic merit.

  • Award Amount: $2,000.
  • Requirement: Applicant must be an incoming freshman. Also, must have a high school GPA of at least 3.0. And an ACT score of at least 22 or SAT score of at least 1010. Also, must be an Information Systems major.

3. SAT Scores from 1,201 To 1,400

  • Engebretson Foundation Scholarship

Also, this is one of the Scholarships by SAT Score. The Engebretson Foundation Scholarship is awarded to one student each year.

However, student must be a high school senior. And must who demonstrate not only financial need but also impressive academic performance and leadership ability.

Additionally, note please. The annual award winner receives $5,000 per semester of college. Also, winners may reapply for the prize every year. But applicant must have an ACT of 28 or an SAT of 1240. However, for more information or to apply, please visit application link below.

  • Award Amount: $10,000.
  • Requirement: Applicant must be a high school senior. And must who demonstrate not only financial need but also impressive academic performance and leadership ability. Additionally, must have an ACT of 28 or an SAT of 1240. Also, must have 3.75 GPA or above and/or top 5% of graduating class.
  • Deadline: March 01, 2021.

4. SAT Scores from 1,401 To 1,600

  • Colorado Christian University Honors Scholarship

Also, this is one of the Scholarships by SAT Score. CCU awards academic scholarships to new freshmen. However, it’s for those who meet specific academic requirements and are guaranteed for up to eight semesters.

This is as long as the student maintains satisfactory academic progress (SAP). Also, and is continuously enrolled in CCU’s College of Undergraduate Studies. However, for more information or to apply, please visit application link below.

  • Award Amount: $7,000.
  • Requirement: Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Also, must have a minimum ACT Composite score of 21 or SAT II score of 1450. Additionally, must keep a cumulative 3.0 GPA at CCU. And meet all student aid eligibility requirement
  • Deadline: It varies.
