2019/2020: Ekiti State University (EKSU) Fees Payment & Registration Deadline

This is to inform all the fresh and stale undergraduate students of the Ekiti State University (EKSU) that the management of the institution has announced the deadline for the payment of fees and registration for the 2019/2020 academic session.

EKSU School Fees Payment & Course Registration Deadline 2019/2020

The Management of Ekiti State University, Ado – Ekiti has decided that all its students should complete registration for the first and second semesters of the 2019/2020 academic session as follows:

(1) Registration without penalty (Tuesday, May 11 to Monday, 31st May, 2021)

(2) Registration with Penalty (Saturday, May 22 to Monday, 7th June, 2021).

Registration for the second semester 2019/2020 academic session will close finally by 11.59 pm on Monday, 7th June, 2021.

This decision was reached at an interactive session held on Friday, May 21, 2021 with the students of the university which was attended by members of the University Management and Senate as well as other stakeholders including the sub-Deans and Level Coordinators. The Students were represented by the Students’ Union Government, Executive members of different Students’ Associations at Faculty and Departmental levels as well as the Class Governors.

Arising from the above, it has been decided that the University Portal would remain open for registration and revalidation exercise till 11:59 p.m on 7th June, 2021 when the portal will be finally closed for registration.

Therefore, all affected students should avail themselves of this opportunity to register within the stipulated time.

Parents and guardians are therefore, advised to ensure that their wards pay all statutory fees and charges to enable them register accordingly.

The Vice Chancellor, Ekiti State University, Ado – Ekiti , Prof. Edward Olanipekun at the forum, reiterated the University’s commitment to a stable academic calendar as approved by the University Senate, stating that the university will not elongate the 2019/2020 academic calendar further.

Further to the notice on the maintenance of EKSU payment links, which commenced on Friday, 28th May, 2021, Management wishes to inform students, parents/guardians, and alumni that the EKSU payment links are now active for payment and confirmation of payment.
