LAUTECH Change Of Programme Form Guidelines: This is to inform the general public that Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH) Change of Programme Form, Available Courses,Minimum CGPA, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2021/2022 Academic Session is available online
The entire University Community; especially, the students are hereby informed that the portal has been activated.
The portal address, transfer.lautech.edu.ng can be accessed having paid change of programme fee of Five thousand Naira (N5,000,00) only using interswitch enabled debit card.
Accessibility to the platform commences from Sunday, March 13, 2022 and close on Friday, March 25, 2022.
All interested students are to log on to the University website www.transfer.lautech.edu.ng to complete their change of programme/transfer forms
LATEST UPDATE: ACTIVATION OF INTRA UNIVERSITY CHANGE OF PROGRAMME PLATFORM
This is to notify the general university community, especially students who are interested in applying for a change of programme that the platform has been activated today, Sunday, March 13, 2022 and will be closed on Friday, March 25, 2022.
Students who are interested in changing to another programme at 200 level should only indicate their 100 Level CGPA while others applying to other levels should indicate their current level CGPA and other relevant information required of them on the platform.

Concerned students are however to note that falsification of any information provided on the platform shall automatically lead to cancellation of the application as well as taking disciplinary action against them in accordance with the university rules and regulations.
The platform can be accessed through the address transfer.lautech.edu.ng upon payment of Five thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only through the use of Interswitch debit card.
GUIDELINES FOR LAUTECH CHANGE OF PROGRAMME/TRANSFER FOR 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION:
Please, find below guideline for change of programme/transfer for students for the 2021/2022 academic session:
(i) Application forms will be made available online to interested students from Sunday, March 13, 2022 and close on Friday, March 25, 2022.
(ii) Applicants are to pay the sum of Five Thousand naira only (N5, 000.00) online in order to access the application form.
(iii) Applicants are to carefully study and complete the application form as appropriate.
(iv) The student will select the proposed department and supply her current CGPA
(v) The HOD of the current department confirms the supplied CGPA.
(vi) The Head of Department of the proposed department confirms the transfer
(vii) The Head of Department of the proposed department approves/disapproves the application for transfer.
(viii) The Dean of proposed department recommends the transfer to the Academic Affairs Unit.
(ix) Academic Affairs Unit confirms the successful transfer of the student on the system.
(x) The student’s portal is updated by the Academic Affairs Unit.
(xi) Student proceeds to the new department with letter of approval of the transfer issued by Academic Affairs Unit.
(xii) Files of the successfully transferred students are thereafter forwarded to the new Faculties/Departments of the transferred students.
All interested students are therefore advised to adhere strictly to the time line as there will be no extension of date for the exercise.
NB: Students whose applications are approved for change of programme will as a matter of necessity apply to JAMB for regularization so that their records will be updated to reflect the new programme on their JAMB admission letters.
