The management of the Kano State Polytechnic (KANOPOLY) has published the registration guidelines and procedures for all newly admitted and returning students for the 2021/2022 academic session.

All Fresh/Returning Students and the General Public are hereby informed that the Registration exercise for the merged 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 Academic Session will continue from Tuesday 15th March 2022.

In view of this, all students are hereby directed to complete their registration before the commencement of the semester examinations.

NOTE: All payments are online.

Kano State Polytechnic (KANOPOLY) Registration Guidelines 2021/2022

A. FRESHMEN (FULL-TIME STUDENTS)

This is to inform newly admitted students of Kano State Polytechnic that the management has released the Registration Procedure. All newly admitted students are to take note of the following registration procedures:

STEP 1. Should present their Admission Letter and Original Credentials to Department for verification and endorsement

STEP 2. Obtain a Medical Certificate from Professor Hafsat Abdullahi Umar Clinic at the School of Management Studies premises.

STEP 3. Pay for the Students’ Union/Association dues at the KSP Microfinance Bank (School of Management studies premises)

STEP 4. Present an endorsed Admission Letter and Original Credentials to the Screening Officers

STEP 5. Visit www.kanopoly.edu.ng log onto your online account to print registration invoice/RRR

STEP 6. Make payment either online or to any Bank branch with a printed registration invoice.

STEP 7. After making payment, Log into your online account, click on courses registration, then enter the RRR code on the registration invoice verification.

STEP 8. Once the RRR code has been verified, fill in the Bio-Data form, and then click next for course registration.

STEP 9. Upon successful completion of course registration, obtain your Registration Number online.

STEP 10. The present copy of your Invoice and RRR Code to the Bursary / Unit School Auditor for verification, authentication, and endorsement (SMS, SOT & SGS only) while SORTED and SES should come to Central Administration, Audit Unit for their verification, authentication, and endorsement.

STEP 11.
Print the Bio-Data Form and Course Registration Form (CRF) for endorsement by the Level Coordinator.

STEP 12. Proceed to the Student Affairs Office for collection of files and documentation.

B. RETURNING STUDENTS

All the returning Students are to take note of the following registration procedures:

STEP 1. Should go to the Department for the confirmation of semester result status and the collection of clearance form.

STEP 2. Obtain a Medical Certificate from Professor Hafsat Abdullahi Umar Clinic at the School of Management Studies premises.

STEP 3. Pay for the Students’ Union/Association dues at the KSP Microfinance Bank (School of Management Studies premises).

STEP 4. Visit www.kanopoly.edu.ng — click on Registration button.

STEP 5. Log-on using your Registration Number (HNDOTM190001 no slash) & default password i.e. 123456.

STEP 6. Click on Fee Invoice

STEP 7. Under Status Click on Pay Now

STEP 8. Click on Proceed to Pay

STEP 9. Click on Payment using Paystack

STEP 10. Make a Payment

STEP 11. After successful Payment Click on Payment History to print-out your Receipt

STEP 12. Print-out Remita Receipt and proceed to unit school Accountant/Auditor for authentication and collection of receipt (SMS, SOT and SGS), while SORTED and SES should go to Central Administration Audit Unit.

STEP 11. After authentication, Log-on to your dashboard and proceed with Course Registration.

NOTE: You are advice to make payment as soon as possible as you have a limited time before examinations.

No Registration during Exam.
