Job/Company Description:
Bigcel Limited – We are an agro centred enterprise involved in processing packaging and sale of powdered spices and agro commodities. We are also into e-commerce, business support, recruitment and vendor management services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Lekki – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers with a warm smile yet stay respectful.
- Must be good with the use of Microsoft office.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in related field
- At least 1 year of experience
- Honesty is key
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working as a team and independently.
- Must be goal-oriented and focused.
- Work experiences in sales, marketing and customers relations.
Requirements:
- Finance / accounting knowledge will be a plus.
- Must have initiative and people management skills
- Must have outstanding customer service which is a crucial part of this job.
- Must be able to keep records accurately
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Candidates must reside around Lekki Ajah axis
- Must be ready to resume almost immediately.
Hours of operation:
- 9.00am – 6:00pm.
