Job/Company Description:

Bigcel Limited – We are an agro centred enterprise involved in processing packaging and sale of powdered spices and agro commodities. We are also into e-commerce, business support, recruitment and vendor management services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lekki – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers with a warm smile yet stay respectful.
  • Must be good with the use of Microsoft office.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in related field
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Honesty is key
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working as a team and independently.
  • Must be goal-oriented and focused.
  • Work experiences in sales, marketing and customers relations.

Requirements:

  • Finance / accounting knowledge will be a plus.
  • Must have initiative and people management skills
  • Must have outstanding customer service which is a crucial part of this job.
  • Must be able to keep records accurately
  • Must be willing to work weekends.
  • Candidates must reside around Lekki Ajah axis
  • Must be ready to resume almost immediately.

Hours of operation:

  • 9.00am – 6:00pm.
