We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: ICT Teacher
Job Location: Abijo Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct class/subject teaching activity in line with approved teaching scheme, plans and policies
Monitor learning by students and provide feedback on the appropriateness and completeness of teaching scheme and plans
Identify pupils with special learning needs and liaise with Remedial teacher to develop appropriate remedial responses
Maintain discipline in classes, apply approved sanctions for misdemeanors only and escalate all major issues promptly to the Sectional Head.
Provide overall pastoral care and oversee development of individual students
Grade students’ tests and examinations
Monitor and report on an ongoing basis individual student progress and accomplishments
Establish and maintain contact with parents/guardians as necessary to provide feedback on performance and ensure responsiveness to individual students needs
Contribute to maintaining good teaming and collaborative environment in Corona Schools
Any other duty as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

A good University Degree in the subject.
Professional qualification – PGD and TRCN
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Methodical, Analytical, Team player and proactive
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Locations: Ikoyi – Lagos and Agbara – Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Inspection of CSTC building services installations for early error detection
Monitor progress of plumbing installations work (repairs/refurbishment)
Develop automated processes for error reporting and follow up
Effective proactive coordination in the maintenance of facilities (of 7 schools and a Head Office) to ensure optimal use of facilities at the best price.
Develop building services (mechanical) solutions and advice for minor renovations projects
Record keeping
Provide advice in materials procurement
Analyze tenders and recommend project cost saving strategies
Any other duty as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

A good University Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Estate Management
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Professional qualification is an added advantage-IFMA
Good understanding of Building Industry Practice.
Methodical, Analytical, Team player and proactive
Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
