Job Position: Program / Relationship Officer
Job Location: Sabo – Yaba, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a Program / Relationship Officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.
- Develop best practices to improve overall program performance
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for programs.
- Identify and contact new program partners for business expansion.
- Plan and execute program activities in timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes
- We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
- To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and partners, and build rapport with customers.
- We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skill.
Responsibilities

- This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and workplans to ensure that program goals and objectives are met.

- Oversee the coordination and administration of assigned program activities.
- Ability to gather, synthesize, analyze, and present qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to work independently based on agreed work plan and schedules
- Careful attention to details and schedules
- Proffers new innovations and ideas for the implementation of all existing programs and introduction of new innovative programs/projects.
- Ensure that all implemented activities are in line and relevant to the mission and vision of the organization.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes
- Prepare programs reports for management, partners, and funders.
- Design programmes with high impact that will attract grants from development partners/multilateral organisations and from local partners as well.
- Write training and programmes concept notes and make presentations at different fora.
- Plan trainings, courses and workshop programmes from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.
- Demonstrate and apply Strong Marketing skills leading to membership recruitment and programmes and training participation to surpass targets.
Requirements and Skills
- HND / B.Sc / BA in relevant field
- At least 3 years experience in the advertised field
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Ability to operate a computer, Microsoft packages, and social media.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
