We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Supply Chain Sales Officer
Job Location: Osolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating leads.
  • Driven to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
  • Responsible for negotiating all contracts with prospective contracts
  • Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses
  • Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
  • Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets
  • Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
  • Nurture new sales leads to secure business
  • Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
  • Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Carry out research to prospective clients not currently doing business with the company
  • Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or direct meetings.
  • Preparing and submitting complete sales contracts for orders to line manager.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs and promote the companies products and services.
  • Maintaining client records and supervising accounts daily to retain existing relationships
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. And at least 1 year working experience.
  • Understanding the dynamics of sales processes and marketing multipart logistical solutions to a wide range of clients
  • A commitment to excellent customer service; possessing a strong track record for delivering successful sales experience in personal selling, telephone sales, and customer service.
  • Knowledge of air and seaFreight, as well as other supply chain management solutions
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks:- excellent skills with MS Office software; good experience with sales automation, customer relationship management, and other web based software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sociable personality with ability to quickly build rapport with customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Must be analytical and a problem solver with adequate skill set to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first
  • Great time management and multitasking skills
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
